Sorry for late response. I got it fixed already. The problem was Java.

I am not able to download Technic. When i download the Technic Launcher and run it, it just does nothing just, doesn't even pop up to show that its installing. I deleted the .technic folder from AppData, but it still isn't starting to install. It happened after I deleted the launcher and wanted to install it back.
