Havadreath

this last days ive been playing Hexxit with a Friend the first day was normal the second day was okay but in the third day after playing for some minutes or sometimes around 1 hour my game starts freezing so much that i cant do anything and my only option is to use Task Manager to close Hexxit has anyone ever had that same problem ..? and is there a way to fix that?
