I made a custom modpack and when i launch it, it loads up as if its a vanilla server without any of the mods. I had made a modpack before that worked just fine but i cant seem to figure out what is going on with this modpack. I would appreciate any sort of help in order to fix this modpack.

I have loaded up these mods and the configs into the minecraft launcher to test them out before making the technic pack and they load up and run without any sort of issue or crashes.
