Help Required. RL Craft wont load from launcher

Having issues re launching RL Craft has installed fine in technic launcher however whenever i click play it goes through the motions (Grabbing, etc) then once it gets to checking then installing the bar disappears at 0%. My cursor loading wheel spins for a bit and nothing happens. Attached are the logs from the debug within the modpacks folder https://pastebin.com/e5nYm3Dm Thanks in advance.
