Orion Tempest

I've been trying to install the Complex Gaming - Pixelmon mod. Every time it starts at 0%, skips to 20%, and gets stuck there. I've tried with 8GB, 3GB, and 2GB of RAM. I've also reinstalled the launcher. Never gives an error, just sort of freezes while downloading
