    It's minecraft forge 1.12.2. The tutorial said that's where to put it

    So I made a mod pack the link is https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/lsvryp4ulhxuzx8/modpack.zip And when I open it on the technic launcher the vanilla game just opens. This is my first time making a mod pack so I don't know what's wrong. Any ideas?
