when im in game i have a content pack and if i use it my pc and laptop crash but in normal minecraft there is no problem Pls fix this because i dont wana get crashes

he is its not working to install techniclauncher it stays on 17% of download and then it stopt i have a other problem my techniclauncher doenst download and it is literally stopping on 17% big problem als o i need help
