I take back my question, turns out everything WAS working fine, after deleting some mods i found out it was a compatibility issue and now works. Anyone else experiencing similar issues I urge you to attempt this and see if that fixes the forge issues!

Hello all, I have been attempting for the past few hours to setup a custom technic modpack and im heldup by something a bit peculiar... Forge not starting with the pack? I believe i have everything setup correctly, (see dropbox links) I put modpack in bin, config files in config, and mods in the mod folder.
