Creepypac

I made a minecraft mod pack but it ended up as vanilla minecraft 1.12.2 pack. The mod pack is called Pixelmon Recreated https://www.dropbox.com/s/sb60blc1duateou/Modpack (2).zip?dl=0

I have the tekkit mod launcher with all the mods in it but it wont let me place blocks without deleting them from both my inventory and the world
