I have a different question

I recently wrote a forum on a problem I was having and the problem is still going because I don't know how to fix it! My modpack isn't loading mods I've put in because I do not know how to put it in. I've tried putting forge in different places but it hasn't worked. If someone could tell me how or link a video that tells me how that'd be great! My modpack is named:A Pot O' Mods. Sorry this is such a noob question EDIT:I found out how to put it inside my modpack but only for once, if I uninstall it or someone else downloads it, it doesn't have it.

I recently put a bunch of mods together and mate a modpack. The file for the mods is named mods but when I click play for the technic launcher it doesn't load the mods but just loads vanilla minecraft. I don't know why or how to fix it. The name of my modpack is named Pot O' Mods.
