iv been trying to make a modpack for 1.12.2 all the mods download through the launcher and i see that modpack.jar file is put into the bin folder of the install location but forge still wont load for some reason i am using the universal version of forge. this is the file its downloading from. yes i have dl=1 in the actual modpack settings https://www.dropbox.com/s/6j6xtmb10wyt2j7/MRPGC.zip?dl=0
