Figured it out! I just needed to uninstall the 32-bit version because it was making the 64-bit version non-existant!

I Installed all three newest versions of Microsoft Java from https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp, and it still seems to think I only have 32-bit Java. I need to run RLcraft and other mods smoothly, but it just doesn't work!
