I started in life in the woods a World and came after a few hours of exploring to technic launcher. How can I Update my World, getting all the New content that should generate in New world's, but mine is generated without them... How can I fix that Thanks

Hi there, I am playing Modpack "After Humans" and without shaders it runs perfectly. but if I try to use shaders in the regular way (Menu -> Video settings -> shaders, etc) the game loads up the shader, everything works fine for like a minute and than the game freezes, I can still move my mouse, still can interact with chests per example or move around but the screen is frozen. Didn't find any answers on yt or anywhere... pls halp
