Thanks heaps, I had to put it down to 3GB and now it works

So sorry about that, this is my first time using this forum (or any forum for that matter) and didn't even know how to choose where to post this

When i try to load a modpack it gets to loading minecraft assets and then stops loading, i know i need a pastebin for someone to help me with this but i have no idea how to get it so if someone could tell me how to do that it would be much appreciated edit: I'm not sure if this is the right info but i made a paste bin of something that might be useful: https://pastebin.com/QepKHh6x
