I have had this issue a few times in the past and I haven't cared enough to put much effort into fixing it. Sometimes when I wipe my computer and reinstall technic it works again (I'd like to avoid this process if possible). I have java-64 (32 doesn't work either), my video drivers are up to date, and I have 4gbs allocated to the game. Also when the game is launched in full screen the window is visible but it is so enlarged I can't even see the Mojang logo before the title. Have tried running as admin and everything please help!! -Logs
