So I have tried a good amount of things I have troubleshoot my mods and its not my mods that's causing it. I made sure I did dl=1 for the share link from dropbox. I have made sure my forge is the right minecraft patch, and I hit the installer button not universal its probably something to do with the setup of my folders. Ive tried adding a config folder to see if thats the issue, to be honest I dont really know what to do at this point.
