i asked the question and i know that it is not a launcher probleme (administrator) but how can i i fix it and the probleme that pixelmon data packs are not installing ang giving me error

when i downloaded technic i could download every modoack but now i am trying to dowload a pixelmon mod pack and it gives me an error the error says could not download pixelmon\1.12.2 and the pixelmon version i tried to run it as an administrator and i tried reinstall and delete the technic and download again but nothing works
