I can't download the Pixelmon Generations Official modpack into Technic. I can download other things like my friends modpack, but not this modpack, any idea why? And if I'm not allowed to post this issue here, where can I? After a various amounts of efforts, it is now slowly downloading, I don't know how, but I fixed it anyways, please ignore this and I don't know how to delete this now. Never mind, this popped up. Any help would STILL be great

These are two messages that appear when I try to download Pixelmon. The first time I do it, it gives me the "Cannot Start Modpack", and then when I try to install it again after not fully installing it, then it gives the same message. The second time when I delete the mod pack and type it into the search bar again, it gives me "Downloading Mod: pixelmon-8.3.0.zip" and never get's past 0%. I don't know how to fix it, and I would love some help, here's a log for you too using pastebin. https://pastebin.com/bmFpwFmS The only lead I can give is that after I transfered the storage of some of my programs to my other drive I got for storage, it happened after that which has caused issues starting other games in programs such as steam.
