Thank you so much! It loads now! Unfortunately I seem to have hit another roadblock. I keep getting "Missing license information in file mod file" when I run the pack. Do you know how to get around this? I attached my crash report to be of some more help. crash-2021-03-14_10.37.20-fml.txt

Thank you so much! I tried that and it's unfortunately still not loading the mods in. Could it possibly be a problem with forge? Originally when I extracted the file it didn't give me a -universal.jar but idk if that's needed. So it's been a few years since I set up a modpack and I have completely forgotten how to do it. I'm not super sure what I'm doing wrong so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
