Modifyworld wont work on my tekkit server ? okay ill have ago with permissionex i normally use groupmanager. Is permissionex easy to set up inheritance ?

What are the steps on removing it from recipemanager when i go into the folder and go to custom recipes there are only a few there any way?

so if i turn it of in recipe manager will that stop them from making it or does that just not tell them how to make it?

I have been searching the internet for a plugin/solution for the past 3 hours! world guard blacklist does not seem to work with the modded items and i have also tried a load of other plugins. I have used a plugin called BlockBlocker but this only stops them from placing certain blocks. I want it so they cant craft it and use it also i would like it so some groups can for example VIP's can use red matter items but members cant? Please help really frustrated!

I want to disable items on tekkit such as some rings ect and also want to disable items for the default group but not VIP. I have been searching for the past few hours for a plugin that does this and have had no luck apart from one that just blocks certain blocks from being placed. I have tried world guard black list but i cant seem to get this to work with the modded items such as the rings ? I really need some help here please help!!!! SO frustrated
