I haven't played on Technic in awhile and it wont allow me to update the mod and when I play it without the update its just regular Minecraft with no mods even though it says 4 are installed the modpack Im trying to play is Pixlemon Reforged.

Whenever I go to download the update to Pixlemon Reforged It gives me an error message not even a quarter way through saying: Error downloading a file for the following pack: The Pixlemon Mod Failed to download https://download.nodecdn.net/containers/reforged/modpack/nail/8.1.2/pixlemon-1-12-2-8.1.2-universal-jar.zip Please consult the modpack author
