i updated my java 6 to java 7 yesterday from and made sure its the 64

I have updated my java and re-downloaded TechnicLauncher.exe about 4 times. When I run Technic, it firsts downloads something. Then closes. When i try to reopen it, it just opens a windows and closes after 2 sces. I checked if i have the .jar file in the .techniclauncher folder. Don't know what to do anymore. I'm pretty close to become suicidal. Help. Now.
