Pixelmon Maps won't load on worlds loaded with Pixelmon mods.

So I'm trying to make a Pixelmon map and I did everything correctly, I have the files in all the right places and I have everything loaded correctly. I wanted ot test out my map so far and when I loaded it up (EVERYTHING WAS THE SAME WHEN I LOADED IT!!!) it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WORLD!!! what happened?!?! I'm doing everything correctly, using the mods, using the files of the map, and using the technic launcher and it's still a completely different map!
