Im using the tekkit 3.0.4 jar from the tekkit official page http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit/ (for servers)

it does it on every world generated whit the original minecraft terrain generation

I removed tekkit to see if it was the minecraft server jar that was doing it and it wasnt. I tried reinstalling tekkit and still no success. I tried the 3.0.3 jar but it gave me an id error for the same block(@different addresses)
