whenever i try to make a Tekkit item on my server it blinks out and disappears. I try to give my self it in the not enough items but it says "item id (id) not found" please help i want to play with my friends

When ever i start up my server i get errors about modloader failed to initialize and some class errors any help? Also if you want a picture can you recommend a picture program?
