  1. Yeah, I thought about trying that because I had already set up one early on, but, to be honest, I know nothing about anything in RedPower other than handsaws, lol. Though this solution was going to be my fallback plan if my current one failed.
  2. Having the IC2 pump next to the chest full of cells just fills the cells? If ender chests don't end up working, I can just pipe the lava cells using advanced wooden transport pipes into the ender chest.
  3. I know, I meant it just as an example, though. What I'm doing is, in the Nether, piping lava buckets and empty cells into an automatic crafting table which sends lava cells into an ender chest back to the overworld which has a geothermal generator powering a miner. Only problem is getting lava buckets.
  4. As the title says, is there a way to fill buckets with, say, lava, then have them pipe through to a geothermal generator?
  5. That's a good point, can't believe I didn't think of that. Thanks.
  6. I've read and seen a lot of people who use the infinite lava in the Nether to set up a geothermal generator so that it outputs infinite energy. I don't really see the point of this if it's still stuck in the Nether. How is using this method useful?
  7. Currently, everything I have looks terrible, including my home which is just a large marble square. I've been doing nothing but technic building. I have old pipes zigzaging everywhere and it just looks like an absolute mess. I just wanted to know if there was anything else I could do before I started remodeling and decorating. I should really look more into Redpower if you can make things like that. Thanks for the confirmation.
  8. I've been building up my world with all that Technic has to offer, and I just recently created a nuclear reactor and got it up and running. The problem is, I'm not really sure what to do now. It's great having a sustainable amount of power, but I don't really need it as far as I know. The only thing I can think of using the power for, other than furnaces, macerators, etc., is more quarries, but since I have a destruction catalyst, along with a dark matter pickaxe, nano armor and jetpack, making more quarries seems useless. Is there more to industrial/buildcraft that I'm missing or have I progressed to the end? What else can I build?
