No, I've already stated, I have no active anti-virus programs. There were no error logs, just what I posted in the first post.

Launcher Version: Newest, every time Operating System: 64 bit OS, Windows 7 HP Java Version: Java 7, update 9 Antivirus Program: Trend Micro antivirus and Mcaffee Security (Neither of these are active, both are expired) Description of Problem: I've installed, deleted, reinstalled, and deleted again everything that has to do with Java or technic launcher several times. I always get the same result- I open Technic Launcher, get that annoying-ass Splash Screen (Why? Why do we need that?) and after 15 minutes (Time is not the issue. I once ran it all night, nothing.) I end up having to pull up task manager and nuking my Java to get the splash screen off. (Again, why? I know what I'm starting, please let me minimize you) Error Messages: No error messages Error Log: [12:33:58] [sEVERE]

You DO know the specs on my computer, being it required. Why do I use insulting sarcasm? Because, I don't know what to Google, in essence, why I asked? I can go on every single question concerning the Technic Launcher and Minecraft or even nearly every question thinkable on the internet (and therefor in real life) and say; "Google it." They even made a website for that, AKA "Let me Google that for you" Sheesh. I'm not even going to touch on the "Mommy and daddy" thing.

I have no antivirus program. I've deleted and redownloaded the technic launcher at least 20 if not 30 times today. It freezes on the splash screen, and I've let it go for 2 hours once. Nothing. Launcher Version: Newest Operating System: 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium Java Version: Java 7 (latest) Antivirus Program: None Active Description of Problem: Double click .exe, and I get that annoying ass-ed screen that says "Technic Launcher" Stuck up on my screen like it's top priority, disabling me from watching videos or doing anything fun. And it sits there. It worked, ONCE, last night, and when I tried going on today, it said the Tumbler feed was down and it couldn't connect- I had internet- and I deleted the files and re-downloaded. I know how to remove the Launcher screen (End Java with Task Manager) but I don't know what to do. Again, I have no anti-virus or anti-spyware active, I am sure of this. I don't need help closing the window. It worked fine last night, and opened today. Today it said tumblr was down. Wouldn't open. Got advice to redownload. Help? Error Messages: None Error Log: None

Hey- I'm not trying to be pretentious, I'm just trying to avoid stupid comments. Thank you for confirming how to remove the splash screen, and for... well, that's pretty much it, since I found out both my antivirus programs are fried. Oh well.

I updated Java, and went ahead and started the download for the Java version you see above- Done, and I went and started the download for the Technic Launcher. Now, for the past 37 minutes and counting, I have had the grey pop-up screen that says "Technic Launcher" that sits in front of every window on your computer like it's a high priority screen. I have no way of closing this window, and now way of getting it off my screen. Also, due to the fact that it's been like this for 38 minutes now, I don't think it's doing anything. Can I get some advice please? Please don't post anything that's not going to help me, like: "I don't know." or anything irrelevant, such as "This happened to me once, but it fixed itself." or "Just wait." Description of Problem: I recently deleted my technic pack, so that I could re-install Yogbox. It worked. Upon joining Tekkit though, I have found that all the mods for tekkit are non-existant. I see TMI and the weather/gamemode options when I press E, and I have NEI options, but other than that, there are no mods. Error Messages: None. Error Log: None.

I went on the yogbox forums and asked the following question: Hello. I use the Technic pack to play most mods, and recently I've tried the Yogbox mod. Sounds cool, REALLY cool, but one problem- It seems that only the tree-feller mod works. All other mods don't seem to exist. When I press the "global mods" button, I get a grayer screen with a small black bar. When I press V, nothing happens. There is no mini map, and I don't see any extra-ordinary animals. Also, when I press "mod select" on the Technic launcher, nothing happens. Please help? I was told to delete and re-install the Technic Launcher. So, Here is my simple process for you "answerers" 1.) Do you have a solution to fix yogbox WITHOUT deleting the technic launcher? 2.) If you don't have an answer for #1, proceed to #3. 3.) How do I backup maps/ find the file with saved maps in it so that I don't lose them and can input them into the re-installed Technic Launcher? 4.) If you don't have an answer to either 1 or 3, then please press the back-button and go answer a question that you can accuratly answer. Thanks.
