The mod folder in the Tekkit.jar or the extracted one. Do I have to mess with the files in config.

I'm running a hamchi server for me and some friends. I got everything to work but I want to get rid of some of the mods. How can I disable some mods from the server.

I'm setting up a hamachi server for my cousin and I. I want to remove redPower and some other mods but I cannot find the ModLoader file were I extracted the Tekkit_Server_3.0.4. I sure I'm either doing this completely wrong or looking in the wrong spot. Any help on how to remove mods from the server would be greatly appreciated.
