Oh, and I forgot to mention, even when I log in and try to spawn items I get 'Internal Server Error'

Hey Guys! Have just upgraded from a Bukkit server to a Tekkit server, currently we are experiencing a whole host of problems, first and foremost of which is logging in - I as the host can login fine, I've installed the server and client mods on my computer but my users cant seem to connect and they all get; "Internal Exception: java.io.Exception:Bad Packet id 230" How can I fix this?
