I am too, In order to fix it you have to delete the C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\.technic\tekkit folder.

I was on my server and my players said nothing was able to be crafted so i tryed and i could not craft and modded items

On my server i use essentials to black list some stuff so they cant place it, or i just turn it off in the mods config file
