I found a solution so nvm

Btw it says my launcher is 1.0.1.3. But im not rlly sure what my technic version is, all i know is that i havent added any extra mods. Here is the screenshot http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/546/bugreportw.jpg/ So basicly when i activate Nr.1 setup, the Nr.2 setup shuts down automaticly and the opposite. As i mentioned earlier, its not due to lack of electricity.

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4 OS: 32 bit vista Java Version: 32 bit Description of Problem: I have 2 electrical engines powering my quarry and one electrical engine to power my refinery. They are about 5 blocks away from eachother and when i power eitehr the quarry or the refinery, the other one turns off. So i cant have both of them activated at the same time.
