Incorrect Java being used, Update Failed! [fix]

I can't find my Java.exe. Can you help me? I think i need to DL the java from http://www.oracle.com (the link in the top left of the Technicpack main site) but i am unsure witch one i need. I don't know if it helps, but i am running Win7 64.bit
