Same here, the teleport tether crashes the client, and world anchor dosent work at all

Good afternoon all, whenever i try to spawn or craft a teleport tether, it crashs my client and displays the message "disconnected by server" "internal server error" Anyone got any idea whats going wrong, or what ive done wrong? thanks
