You're a god! Now i just need to know where i should upload my modpack :D

I want to install a mod that uses a newer version of forge #534 (currently: #517) How do i update forge? I tried to copy it in the modpack.jar but that resulted in a grey screen at sturtup. Copying it to /mods makes no sense and doesn't work either. Do you guys have any ideas? edit: I'M using Tekkit lite 0.5.7 Is that the right section here?

Title: EE - Some items dont work on SMP! Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4 OS: Nitrado.net Gameserver Java Version: Newest Description of Problem: some items from EE dont work as they should. E.g. vulcanite and avertide amulets. I cant fill my buckets with these items as the wiki said. The filled buckets just blick up and vanish. I cant walk on lava/water either and the c ability (by default) doesnt work too. However i cant drown in water or lava. Error Messages: No appeared Error Log: Where can i find them?
