Launcher Version: latest Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: latest Antivirus Program: None Description of Problem: Before the Mojang screen even loads, or even anything for that matter, forgemodloader tries to do it's thing, I am wondering if it's because I am using an offline computer, and if the ForgeModLoader requires that yoube online, I cannot find an offline version of Technic for that matter, and if there is a better way to get it to work.
