8Gb ram @ 1833Mhz, I7 2600k OC @ 4.1Ghz and i run windows 7 64 bit and 64 bit java.
I have reinstalled both java, minecraft and technicpack several times and tried every tutorial i could find on how to allocate more memory for minecraft, but it never works, when i press F3 is allways says "Allocated memory: 100% (240mb)"
I fell like i have tried everything i can to fix the problem, so now i am asking if someone out there knows what the problem could be.
I have had this problem ever since Minecraft went from Beta to full release.
