If anyone is having the same problem, I clicked on the link and the page was blocked for being dangerous and once I unblocked it I could download Tekkit, so it's working now.

When I go to launch it downloads everything and all that but about 75% way it stops and gives me this message "Error downloading file for the following pack: Tekkit Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/powercrystalscore/powercrystalscore-v1.1.3.90.zip Please consult the modpack author." Can anyone help?
