Sounds good. Maybe you could add a way of recording music on a special disk, EG a craftable one, by putting it in a machine? Sort of like 1.3 books in vanilla minecraft. -
This mod/addon looks awesome! Going to try it as soon as I get home from holiday. BTW, I like the idea of compressed charcoal.

I am pretty sure it is server lag, never happens on single player, but haven't confirmed it.
