THis happens to me when I use a texture pack Except that.. I don't get an error log.

Title: Not being able to use texture packs. Version: 3.1.1 OS: 64-bit Java Version: JRE6 Description of Problem: When I start up with the vanilla texture pack.. Everything goes fine. But when I try to use a Sphax Texture pack, it freezes and closes it self. When I start up tekkit again, It freezes at the splash screen then closes itself. Error Messages: Error Log:
