Hey guys, I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out everything with this new tekkit since IC2 is gone. I used to play the old one and I heard about the new update and was psyched for it. My dilemma at the moment... I have no idea where to begin with this new tekkit, I dont know what machines to make or what to use all the materials for. Maybe it's just me and I'm not thinking it through enough.

I've been scanning the internet to a possible fix like this and it seems this problem is really rare cause I can't find ANYTHING about it lol

I'm now getting a new log (http://pastebin.com/GUyQC3iM) it seems everything is in order but minecraft still doesn't show up. No mojang screen and no minecraft menu. I'm out of ideas, I am so confused :(

Alright I'll make an exception for everything and try it, if that doesn't work ill uninstall it and see. I uninstalled and tried it again, and no luck Although I'm looking through the logs and it looks like a lot of files are missing, Could that be the problem? I have tried re-installing the launcher and tekkit 3-4 times.

thats odd, my firewall is off. My AV allows the technic launcher through. Did I possibly allow the wrong program through? I can't even run vanilla off the technic launcher :/
