You may close this thread - I found the solution... A plugin called TimeControl was breaking all redstone stuff.

His issue was probably cause he had the launcher setup for either DEV builds and server was using Recommended, or vice versa. It's happening to alot of people.

Title: Timers dont work on Tekkit Server Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4 OS: Windows 7 64 Bit Java Version: 7.0.40.22 Description of Problem: Timers just wont work on my server? They sometimes shake/jam or they light up but they just wont work.. The power keeps flowing all the time, no matter what time I set it to.. It also doesnt react to redstone on off current (to stop it)... Error Messages: I dont see any error Error Log: No errors pop
