Title: Ores are not loading

OS: Windows 7
Java Version: java 7 64 bit (the one off the site that allows you to use tekkit)
Description of Problem:
Okay so my friend started a server and we started playing on it. We both have technic and tekkit and we have played on other servers but for some reason, we cannot spawn any items in, can't change the time of day, None of the new trees are loading in, there are no sheep, and finally the ores are not loading in. We have iron and coal and thats it.
Error Messages:
We are not recieving an error message and that is the leading problem.
