    Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit Java Version: 64 bit Java Antivirus Program: Every time i start up the techniclauncher, "it says checking launcher version 0%" then after less than an second the screen (it says checking launcher version 0%) it disapears. when i go to .techniclauncher (folder) there is only an technic-launcher.jar in it and i have searched for hours for the file with what i should be able to start the technic launcher correctly but i can't find it...
