Hey everyone. I'm quite an avid tekkit/techic user. I've always had this problem which feels rather wierd to me. While trying to search an item using NEI, whilst typing, the game around me lags, and makes the typing go really slow in general. I've tried using different texture packs including the normal one, but its always like that. Minecraft normally doesnt lag for me, it only takes about 20% of my CPU, and I find it wierd that I only lag when I type in NEI to search for items. Is there a way I can fix this? Honestly, its very annoying for me. Thanks!

They are 4 blocks apart, and even when I just had one, I wasnt getting any power. The windmills are pretty high up, there should be wind.

Ive recently tried Tekkit with afew friends, but ive noticed the UI, then i right click a machine, can just turn white, making it nearly impossible to use. Has this happened to anyone else, and how can I fix it? Thanks. EDIT: another question unrelelated to the question above, i cant seem to get windmills to work, i have them connected to a MFE with glass cables, but im not recieving any power at all.

A friend of mine recently tried hosting tekkit for me. It worked perfectly, yet when we try to craft a item included in the technic pack, the game crashes. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.
