Updating those files does not work. Any other Help?

Which one should I download? I downloaded natives for OSX, so what do I do with the files in the folder.

I did it, I tried everything from unistalling/installing java...allocating more memory, and downloading the launcher again, and deleting the launcher folder..it started randomly crashing and its anything

nothing is working and i am getting annoyed >.<
