Mo' creatures: changing vanilla spawn-rates crashed me.

I just experienced the same issue. I resolved it by going to the file %appdata%\.minecraft\mods\mocreatures\guiconfig.properties and finding the line ChangeVanillaSpawns=true replace with ChangeVanillaSpawns=false
