Title: Redmatter tools auto craft table bug

Description of Problem:
Darkmatter tools are crafted by the automatic crafting table with no durability info, however upon landing in the players inventory they aqquire :21 after the item id. this affects the redmatter upgrade in an automatic crafting table, as the recipie is looking for 27544:21 (darkmatter shovel as an example) but the input from the adjoining chest is simply 27544. so the automatic crafting table will never produce the redmatter version.
