I have no idea, but if I had to guess, why would technic launcher be looking for stuff in the hackslash mine folder?
Here's my suggestions. (I have no idea if any of these will fix your problem.)
1. In the mod drop-down selection list, make sure you have Tekkit selected.
2. Force Update / Reinstall by deleting the .techniclauncher/tekkit folder, and possibly the /cache folder.
Hope this helped don't get mad if it doesn't work, you also might want to back up the .techniclauncher/ folder before following step 2.
