If only that reply came sooner, I did a complete re-install of the server files because of people bugging me to get this fixed. and that ended up working.. But it was okay because the new world provided lots of good materials for me and had an energy condenser in the first hour of playing. If anyone has the same problem, Try what warpspeed10 said, and if that doesn't work try re-downloading the server files.
