How to install new modpacks on Launcher v2?

ok i'm on the v2 launcher still no install botton for the mod packs starts to bang head on desk what is wrong with this launcher -
i have the same problem and my OS is windows 7 professional i have panda antivirus i get to the minecraft username and password but can not click login it is greyed out why is this and i have allowed my antivirus firewall to allow connection
